Retail Sales:
There are a few ways to place an order:
  • Order online through our website.  We are setup with PayPal, but it is 
    not necessary to have a PayPal account. You can pay with any credit
    card at checkout.

Complete & mail the printable order form with a cheque or money order to address below. Orders will be processed after personal cheques have cleared the bank.




Our patterns are sold at Quilt Stores through Canada & the U.S.A. 
We are committed to support our quilt shops & would appreciate if you would contact your local shop initially to purchased our patterns.  Otherwise we would be happy to fill your order directly.

Shipping:

  • Large orders are shipped through Canada Post Expedia mail, are insured & are traceable.
  • Individual patterns are shipped flat rate envelope & are not traceable or insured.   We cannot guarantee a delivery date.  You will be notified via email when an order is received & patterns are shipped out within 1-2 business days of receiving an order or you will be notified of a delay. We can only confirm the postage date by your postal or zip code. We cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Returns:
     We do not accept returns on printed patterns. If we have made an error, returns will be
     accepted & return shipping will be paid by us
.

Shipping Charges:
Domestic, USA & International Shipping charges are calculated on
each order at checkout.
